Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days.
Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days.

Yes. Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please contact us via email at order@tsaikolabs.com or DM us within 24 hours if you need to make any changes. After that window, we're unable to modify or cancel your order.
WHAT IF I REFUSE TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?
If you refuse to accept your order upon delivery, the return shipping charge will be charged or deducted from any applicable refund. Please make sure you're available to receive your order before placing it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We only offer exchanges in the case of a damaged or faulty delivery. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
